Important Notes

• For stays shorter than 7 nights, a 5,000 TL short-stay fee is applied.

• Pool heating is available upon request for an additional 1,500 TL per day.

Deposit Procedure

A 15,000 TL security deposit is required prior to arrival.
The deposit will be fully refunded upon departure, provided there is no damage, loss, or missing items.
The deposit can be paid in Turkish Lira, US Dollars, British Pounds, or Euros, based on the current exchange rate.

The villa is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for new guests after each departure.

Paid airport transfer and car rental services can be arranged through our sales consultants.
