Short Stay Policy

For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional short stay / cleaning fee of 7,500 TL is charged.

Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required for Villa Turquoise.

• The deposit is collected before check-in.

• At check-out, it is fully refunded provided there is no damage, loss or broken items in the villa.

• If you prefer, you may also pay the deposit in USD, GBP or EUR, calculated at the current exchange rate on the day of payment.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: from 16:00

• Check-out time: until 10:00

These times are necessary to allow our cleaning team to prepare the villa in detail for the next guests.

Transportation & Location Notes

• Villa Turquoise is located in the Kalamar area of Kalkan, close to markets, restaurants and beach clubs.

• Public transportation is limited in the region, so we recommend airport transfer or car rental for a more comfortable journey.

• The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport (DLM). Private transfer and detailed driving directions can be arranged upon request.
