Kitchen (Open-plan):
Villa Fabiola’s modern open-plan kitchen is located on the pool level and equipped with:
Microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-ring hob, electric kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, pots and pans, 12-person dinner set, cutlery and glassware.

Living Room:
The sea and pool view living room on the pool level offers an air-conditioner, satellite TV, seating group and direct access to the pool terrace.
On the upper floor, there is a spacious viewing terrace with Kalkan views, furnished with a seating group, table and chairs – perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.

Fees

• Short-stay fee: 10,000 TL
  (Applies for stays of fewer than 7 nights.)

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required for Villa Quzey.
This amount is collected before check-in and refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage, loss or breakage in the villa.
The deposit can also be paid in USD, GBP or EUR at the current exchange rate.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 16:00

• Check-out: until 10:00

To allow our cleaning team sufficient time to prepare the villa for the next guests, we kindly ask you to respect the check-in and check-out times. The villa is handed over ready for new guests from 16:00.

Villa Quzey is located in Kalkan centre, within walking distance to the sea, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and entertainment venues.

Public transportation options in the region are limited, so we recommend arranging private transfers or car hire. Our sales representatives are happy to assist with transfer or car rental requests.
