Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required for Villa Maya.
This amount is collected before check-in and refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage or loss in the villa.
You may also pay the deposit in USD, GBP or EUR, equivalent to the TL amount at the current exchange rate.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 16:00

• Check-out: until 10:00

Please respect these times so that our cleaning team can prepare the villa properly for the next guests. The villa will be ready for new arrivals from 16:00 onwards.

Due to its hillside location away from the town centre, there is no direct public transportation to the villa.
Guests can contact our sales team for assistance with private transfers or car hire.

The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport (DLM). Our team will be happy to provide detailed directions and location information for guests arriving by private car.
