Fees

Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required for Villa Gemicik.
This amount is collected before check-in and refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage, breakage or loss in the villa.
You may also pay the deposit in USD, GBP or EUR, equivalent to the TL amount at the daily exchange rate.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 16:00

• Check-out: until 10:00

Please respect these times so that our cleaning team can prepare the villa properly for the next guests. The villa will be ready for new arrivals from 16:00 onwards.

Villa Gemicik is located in a countryside area approximately 20 minutes’ drive from Kalkan centre.
There is no public transportation directly to the villa’s location, so we recommend car hire or private transfer services for our guests.

The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport (DLM). Our sales team will be happy to provide detailed directions and location information for guests arriving by private car.
