The fully equipped, stylish American-style kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, built-in hob, microwave, electric kettle, cookware, and a 12-person dining set — everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The spacious living area offers a comfortable seating group, LCD satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a 10-person dining table.
There is also a WC & washbasin, and direct access to the pool terrace.

The beautifully landscaped garden features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor kitchen, pergola, barbecue area, table tennis, and an outdoor dining area with sunset views.
Daily pool and garden maintenance are carried out once a day by professional staff, either in the morning or evening.

📋 Notes

• For stays shorter than 7 nights, a ₺12,000 short-stay fee applies.

💰 Deposit Policy

A security deposit of ₺30,000 is required for Villa Cratos Luxury.
This amount will be collected upon check-in and refunded in full at check-out, provided there is no damage, loss, or missing items during your stay.
Deposits can be paid in TRY, USD, GBP, or EUR based on the exchange rate on the day of payment.
