Extra Fees

• Short stay fee: For stays of fewer than 7 nights, an additional 3,500 TL short stay fee is requested.

Damage Deposit

• A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required for Villa Xanthos.

• This amount is collected before check-in and refunded at check-out, provided there is no damage, loss or breakage in the villa.

• Deposit payments can also be made in USD, GBP or EUR at the daily exchange rate.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: from 16:00

• Check-out time: until 10:00

These times are necessary to allow the cleaning team to prepare the villa carefully for the next guests.
