Villa Laren is a 6-person holiday villa with partial sea view, located in central Kalkan. It is an ideal choice for large families and groups of friends, offering a comfortable layout, modern design and a central location close to amenities.

You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the spacious terrace with partial sea view, and relax in the tastefully decorated bedrooms designed for a comfortable stay.

Thanks to its central position and facilities, Villa Laren can also be booked together with its neighbouring property Villa Laren Duo for larger groups travelling together.

Bedroom 1:
One double bed, TV, bedside tables, dressing table, Jacuzzi, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and WC.

Bedroom 2:
Two single beds, bedside tables, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and WC.

Bedroom 3:
One double bed, bedside tables, dressing table, air conditioning. The bathroom and WC are located just outside the room.
(This bedroom is located on the lower ground floor.)

• Pool Size: 3.5 m x 7.5 m

• Depth: 1.50 m

Short Stay Fee & Deposit

• For stays of less than 7 nights, a short stay fee of 3,500 TL is charged.

• A damage deposit of 7,500 TL is required before check-in and refunded at check-out, provided no damage, loss or breakage is detected.

• Deposit can also be paid in USD, GBP or EUR based on the daily exchange rate.
