Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required for Villa Cassa.
This amount is collected before check-in and refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage, loss or breakage in the villa.
The deposit can also be paid in USD, GBP or EUR at the daily exchange rate.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: from 16:00

• Check-out: until 10:00

Please respect the check-in and check-out times so that our cleaning team can prepare the villa properly for the next guests. The villa is handed over from 16:00 onwards.

Transportation

Thanks to its central Kızıltaş location, Villa Cassa is within walking distance (around 1 km) of the beach, restaurants, shops and Kalkan town centre.
Public transportation in Kalkan is limited, so guests often prefer to walk, use local taxis or arrange private transfers / car hire. Our sales team will be happy to assist with these services.

For guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport (DLM). Detailed location information and driving directions can be provided for guests arriving by private car.
